DESCRIPTION

Twee spelers bij elke reeks pionnen (zet evt meer pionnen als er meer spelers zijn) Pionnen staan minimaal 5 meter uit elkaar.

Loop naar pion 1 en loop terug naar je eigen pion, dan naar pion 2 en terug etc.

. Twee spelers lopen samen en houden hetzelfde tempo aan.

COACHING POINTS

oefening moet minimaal 5-10 minuten duren in een tempo waarbij men nog met elkaar kan spreken ofwel ongeveer 140 hartslagen per minuut
