DESCRIPTION

Aanvallers 1,2 en 3 spelen bal rond en ronden af.
Verdediger 2 snel naar de zijlijn richting hoekaanvallerspositie. Verdediger 6 schuin weg naar MC positie.
Verdedigers 4 komt iets naar binnen en nemen positie op middellijn in.
De midachter 1 brengt de bal op zolang er geen verdedigers op hem af komen.

OOK OP RECHTS DOEN !!
Variatie :
- ex-aanvallers 1,2 gaan ook mee verdedigen

COACHING POINTS

In de break : posities/loplijnen strak aanhouden : dan de juiste breedte en diepte !!
