Handball: aanvallen tegen mandekking

Pass B1-B2-B1 who tries to pass on , on the outside of R1 and who throws at the goal.

One back court player is defended man-to-man.

* Other players : two wing players, three real back court players (pivot is taken off the court)
* position play and concept play is still possible
* back court player who is defended man-to-man, tries to come into throwing position with the help of a screening player (pivot, wing player,center back court player)
* more space to defend for the defenders : advantage attackers

Three back court players are defended man-to-man.

* Positions : two wing players, 1 pivot and 3 back court players
* wing players should be deep in the corners and next to the sideline to create as much space as possible
* TRy to break through with ball through the center.
* pivot W5 comes forward to pass the ball to
* back court players far back to create even more space
* wing player W5 runs forward along the free throw line to receive the ball

* goal keeper should be positioned half way his own court side as an emergency player to pass to.

* All player must always be in motion.

* Variation in speed : stand still - run

* Motion with/without ball.

* Much feinting (dummy) without ball.

* Support player in posession : make plan that two players (W2 and W3) come to player in posession to receive passes from him., three other players try to get a favourable position to receive the ball and throw at the goal.
