Handball: samenspel in beweging

B is the feeder who throws the introduction pass 1 (either to A or to B).

Player A runs towards wingplayer E and passes to E.

E goes in between the defender and the cone and passes to A only when the defender really 'grabs' E. A retreated backwards in the meanwhile and comes in again at full speed, receiving the pass from E and quickly passes the ball to the incoming C, who goes directly to the defender and passes to D when the defender really attacks him. D throws at the goal.

B now plays his first pass to C and the shot will finally come from player E.

E goes in between the two defenders and passes to A only when the defender really 'grabs' E. A retreated backwards in the meanwhile and comes in again at full speed in between defender 2 and 3 receiving the pass from E and passes the ball after being attacked by 2nd and 3rd defender, to the incoming C, who goes directly to the 4th defender and passes to D when the defender really attacks him, if not then C throws at the goal himself. D throws at the goal if C hasn't done so.

B now plays his first pass to C and the shot will finally come from player E.

E goes in between the cones (1st and 2nd defender) and passes to A, who retreated backwards and comes in again at full speed, receiving the pass from E and quickly passes the ball to the incoming C, who goes in between the cones (1st and 2nd defender) and passes to D, who throws at the goal.

B now plays his first pass to C and the shot will finally come from player E.

Player 1 is acting as the feeder as all other players line up to their left and right. Player one carries the ball towards the defender in order to create space for the players to their left and right.

Once they have engaged the defender they should offload the ball to their left, in front of player 2.

Player 2 so must move forwards to meet the pass. Once they have the ball under control they should switch the ball cross-court to player 3, making sure their pass is out of the defender's reach.

Player 3 runs onto this pass and then shoots on goal.
