Twee partijen met evenveel spelers en een neutrale speler. De balbezittende partij heeft zodoende altijd een speler meer. De nietbalbezitters trachten bal af te pakken.

handpalmen open naar voren
W maken met je duimen bijna tegen elkaar
bal vangen en naar je lichaam toe halen

- bal op de hand, niet knijpen in de bal
- bal langs hoofd naar voren

team ball with player in enemy zone:

Two playing areas, two teams.
One player of each team goes into 'enemy' area.
One ball.
Team in possession passes around 3 times before passing to the player in the 'enemy' zone.

variations :
- use certain passing techniques
- pass around more than 3 times

supporting team mates/ blocking attackers

Mat ball:

Teams each have a mat that they must try and defend.

Teams pass the ball around with the intention of placing the ball on the other team's mat (like scoring a try in rugby).

Dribble Tag:

All players except for two defenders are dribbling inside a half-court area.

The two defenders start tagging the other players. Once tagged players must put their ball aside and help the taggers.

The last player dribbling is the winner.

Number game:

Before the game starts both teams number themselves from 1 - 5 (or more dependant on number of players).

The team in possession must then pass the ball around in a numeric order whilst trying not to lose possession

The team in possession scores a point when all players on their team have had the ball once.

Meanwhile the other team tries to intercept the ball.
