DESCRIPTION

Een tikker wodt aangewezen. De rest tracht ongetikt de overzijde te bereiken. De tikker tracht zo veel mogelijk spelers te tikken. Hoeveel mensen getikt binnen bepaalde tijd of aantal oversteken ?

variaties
- getikte mensen worden ook tikkers
- tikken mag alleen op bepaalde plaatsen (rug, been, arm etc)
- 2x snel tikken dan pas af
- op teken oversteken / op eigen initiatief
- oversteken met bal, tippend
- speelveld groter / kleiner maken

COACHING POINTS

letten op TOTALE beweging, globale correcties
Let op :
-Romp rechtop
-actieve armen :haakse ellebogen
-Harmonie : armen + benen
-Alles in de richting waar men heen wil : dus voeten, knieen, armen in een en dezelfde richting

hoop dribbling:

Hoops scattered in the area.
Players dribble from one hoop to another.
When the trainer whistles everybody should dribble to one of the hoops.
But.... there is one hoop less than the number of children. So one player cannot go into a hoop. He must sit down next to the trainer.
The trainer takes out a hoop every time. Who will be the last player left on the court ?


variations :
- dribble with left hand
- dribble with right hand
- dribble with both hands in turn every time

Dribble across the zone | 218 dribbling/defence of dribbling

Dribble across the zone:

The white players try to cross the court area by dribbling.

There is one blue player stationed between the first cone zone who tries to snatch balls from the white players.

There are also two blue players trying to snatch balls in the second zone.

line race | 111 running/jumping/moving

line race:

All players start at the starting point.
The trainer calls out a number e.g. 2. Players run to line 2 and back.
Player who comes first wins and gets a point.

variations :
- loser gets a letter of the word DONKEY every time he comes last.
Who is the real DONKEY : who gets all the letters first is the real loser/DONKEY
- change ways of moving around : hop,move sidewards
- do it when dribbling

Dribble Duel:

Half the group are dribbling around whilst the other half are trying to snatch the ball from the other players.
