Kleine groepje met een ballon. Spelers moeten om beurten de ballon een klapje geven om hem hoog te houden en naar de overkant te drijven. Aldaar in een hoepel laten vallen. Wie is het eerst ?

Balloon Passing:

Two players hit the balloons to each other.
Which team can do this most times without losing control?
Which team can reach 25 passes first?
Try passing the balloon high.
Try passing the baloon low.
As players skill levels improv try passing with a bouncing balloon.

Change Places:

Number one hits the balloon up, calls out the number of another player who must come and play the balloon high, calling out another number etc.
The player who hits the balloon must change places with the player whose name he called out.

Balloon Race:

Players are moving around using sidesteps, playing their balloons.
Which player will make it to the other side first?

variations:
- Hit the balloonwith one hand
- Hit the ball with both hands
- Play the ball using their heads

Balloon Transport:

Two players hold the balloon with one hand each and together run to the other side.

variations:
- Move with sidesteps
- Holding the balloon between the two stomachs of the players
- Hold the balloons between the two heads of the players
- Holding the balloon between the two backs of the players
