COACHING POINTS

letten op TOTALE beweging, globale correcties
tippen :
- De juiste tiphoogte is tussen heup- en borsthoogte
- Tip en loopritme moeten aan elkaar worden aangepast
- In loop moet de bal schuin naar voren worden geduwd
- kijk niet alleen naar je eigen bal maar ook naar event. tegenstanders
veroveren bij tippen :
- zodra je de bal op de grond hoort, steek je jouw hand tussen de bal en de hand van de tegenstander
- aanvallen aan de balkant

Dribbling duel:

One player dribbles while their partner tries to get the ball from them.

To start with players should only be shadowing one another - not actively trying to tackle the ball.

Once players have become more confident at dribbling and shadowing you can then allow the defender to try and win the ball.

dribbling transport:

Two teams with an equal amount of balls.
Aim of the game is to get the balls across the field to the other side, doing so by dribbling.

When dribbling a defender tries to snatch the balls away.
When your ball is snatched you must go back to the starting point and try again.

Which team succeeds to get 5 balls across ?

Dribble across the zone:

The white players try to cross the court area by dribbling.

There is one blue player stationed between the first cone zone who tries to snatch balls from the white players.

There are also two blue players trying to snatch balls in the second zone.

Dribble Tag:

All players except for two defenders are dribbling inside a half-court area.

The two defenders start tagging the other players. Once tagged players must put their ball aside and help the taggers.

The last player dribbling is the winner.
