DESCRIPTION

Volleybalveld. Drie ploegen : twee in de beide vakken, een tussen de drie meter lijnen. Twee ploegen trachten de ploeg in het middenvak af te werpen. Na een bepaalde tijd wisselen, zodat elke ploeg een keer in het middenvak komt. Wie is het minst getroffen ?

Players blue try to pass and hit the cone.
White players defend and there is one white player defending the cone from closer distance (goel keeper)

Handball Dodgeball | 217 shooting/defend shooting

Handball Dodgeball:

Two opposing equal sides both start on the baseline of the area with 3 balls on the center line (half as many balls as there are players).

On the coach's call players sprint to try and collect the ball and claim it for their team. Once in possession of the ball players are trying to hit the opposition's cones whilst at the same time protecting their own cones.

The winning team is the first team to hit all of their opponent's cones.

Castle ball | 217 shooting/defend shooting

Castle ball:

The castle (a gymnastics mat or bench) is defended by a goal keeper and his knights (the white team).

The blue attackers try to bomb the castle by throwing the ball at the bench / mat.

Hitting the benches - Match Play | 217 shooting/defend shooting

Hitting the benches - Match Play:

Divide the pitch into three areas. Both teams play a 3 v 3 inside the middle third of the pitch.

The blue team are trying to hit the white team's benches and vice versa.

Teams must pass around to get a free chance before trying to score.
