DESCRIPTION

Setup:

Two teams and four mats.

Objective:

Game Instructions:

Two teams play against each other. The team in possession of the ball tries to press the ball onto one of the opponent's mats. Players are not allowed to run with the ball or dribble. Play according to handball rules regarding physical contact with opponents.

To make it harder:

Use a smaller ball.
Wrestling: anything is allowed to prevent opponents from pressing the ball onto the mat.
All passes must bounce off the ground.
Before the ball can be pressed onto the mat, it must first be passed to a predesignated king/queen.
The ball can only be played with the non-dominant hand.
Set a time limit, e.g., scoring must happen within 10 seconds.
Play with two balls simultaneously.
You can score on both mats.
After scoring, the team retains possession of the ball and may attempt to score on the other mat.

zone ball:

Fun game that involves two teams passing the ball to each other, with no dribbling allowed. The aim of the game is for a player to pass to a team mate who is stood in the end zone.

Award a point for each successful pass into the end zone.

Keep Possesion - Neutral Player Game:

Teams pass and must complete a certain number of passes in order to score a point.

Teams may use the neutral players at the side lines.

variation :

After every 3 passes players must pass to a neutral player, who passes back immediately.

2:2 duels after break:

1 A passes to B, C runs around the cone and receives the pass from B, dribbles around the cone and duels with defender 1 and makes a goalshot or passes to pivor E who makes a goalshot.
2 C passes to D, A runs around the cone and receives the pass from D, dribbles around the cone and duels with defebder 1 and makes a goalshot or passes to pivor E who makes a goalshot.

Passing game:

One player stands about 2-3 meters in front of the other players.

This player is the feeder for their group and passes to the other players.

Once a player has caught the ball from the feeder and passed it back, they run to the back of their own queue.
