A1 passes to feeder B and receives ball back and either throws at the goal or passes to pivot D.
A1 runs back to get a second ball, passes with feeder C1 and throws at the goal after getting past defender 1 while pivot D is blocking defender's 1 way.
Then the same with A2 on the right.
Change positions after 3/4/5 repetitions.
