Two players standing opposite and passing a handball towards eachother, while one player throws up a tennis ball and catches it again.

COACHING POINTS

Can add more tennis balls to throw up and catch to increase difficulty.

Hop scotch 2:

Hop on 1 leg two hops over the cones, then jump sidewards ond change leg and follow the circuit.

Jump sidewards: hold on for a second after landing.

Coordination

Speed ladder 4:

Players go through the ladder by stepping into every space with left and right foot after each other, in the way which is shown in the video.

Players go through the ladder by stepping into every space with left and right foot after each other, in the way which is shown in the video.

coordination + goalkeeper 6:

Move forward, sideward/backwards - forward, sidewards left and throw at the goal.

Players first go through the speedladder and then sprint around their group and then throw at the goal to warm up the goalkeeper.

Players: give a good stoppable shot for the goalkeeper.
