Foam blocks 2

Players jump both feet at the same time over the 3 (4/5) fom blocks. During the last jump, the trainer signals on which side the players should feint and NOT get past.

Foam blocks 1

Hop on left leg over the foam block, then sidewards to the other series. Hop with right foot over foam blocks and then back to the starting point.

Fast feet

Players dribble on place until the trainer gives a signal. Players move as quickly as possible sidewards and back again.

Sidesteps crossed.

Speed ladder 4

Players go through the ladder by stepping into every space with left and right foot after each other, in the way which is shown in the video.

Hop scotch 1

Players hop on one leg 3 steps left and right.

Hop scotch 2

Hop on 1 leg two hops over the cones, then jump sidewards ond change leg and follow the circuit. Jump sidewards: hold on for a second after landing.

Two lines as far apart as players can handle. Jump sidewards from left to right. After landing hold on for a second for extra balancing strenght.

Two players standing opposite eachother and throwing a bib, a tennis ball and a handball towards eachother (can use different objects to suit)

Players jump onto the bench, jump of and backwards on the bench again, then off and to the next bench.

One foot and then the other foot on the bench, then one foot off and then the other one off and then again to next bench.
