Start at 5.
Sprint to 1, around the cone.
Sprint to 5, around the cone.
Start at 5, around the cone.
Sprint to 2, around the cone.
Sprint to 5, around the cone.
Start at 5, around the cone.
Sprint to 3, around the cone.
Sprint to 5, around the cone.
Start at 5, around the cone.
Sprint to 4, around the cone.
Sprint to 5, around the cone.

COACHING POINTS

  • Distance between cones is 3 meters.

 

  • Do the drill at full speed 3 - 5 times or for 30 seconds.



Variations:

  • Go around the cones.

 

  • Go as far as the cones and touch them with one hand.
