Two teams of which one player starts. Zigzag course and sprint back to the next player, tag him etc. Winners are the team that finishes first.
• Distance between cones is 3 meters.
• Do the drill at full speed.
Sprint to cone 2, move backwards to 1, further to 3, move ackwards to 1, further to 4, etc. and sprint back to the start.
Pass to pivot.
Run forward till arm length distance and pass.

- bounce pass
- center shot
- jump shot
- after feinting to pass to another player
B1 starts the exercise.
B run forward straight on catch and pass while in motion.
B6 puts down all the balls and start the exercise from his side afterwards.

Hop on 1 leg two hops over the cones, then jump sidewards ond change leg and follow the circuit. Jump sidewards: hold on for a second after landing.
Two lines as far apart as players can handle. Jump sidewards from left to right. After landing hold on for a second for extra balancing strenght.
Two players standing opposite eachother and throwing a bib, a tennis ball and a handball towards eachother (can use different objects to suit)
Players jump onto the bench, jump of and backwards on the bench again, then off and to the next bench.
One foot and then the other foot on the bench, then one foot off and then the other one off and then again to next bench.
Sidewards from bench to bench, putting one foot by one foot on the bench.

Start at 1. Sprint to 2. Backwards to 3. Sprint to 4. Jogging back to 1.
Start at 1. Sprint to 2 and touch the cone with right hand. Sprint back to 1 and touch the cone with left hand.
Sidesteps at 1 touch the cone with right hand. Sidesteps at 2 touch the cone with left hand. etc.
forward and backward from 1 to all the other cones. All cones should be touched after a full stop with two feet next to eachother!
Zigzag course. From 1 with sidesteps forward to 2, then make a half turn and with sidesteps backwards to 3, make a half turn and with sidesteps forward to 4, etc.
Zigzag course with ocercross steps to the end and sprint back to the start.
Feet apart left and right from the cones. In between the cones, close feet next to eachother. Jump from one cone to the next space in between etc.
Start at 1, sprint to 2, back to 1, sprint to 3, back to 1, sprint to 4 etc.
