Players take it in turns to dribble out to their cone and then shoot at goal.
They must shoot in such a way that it is possible for the keeper to block the ball.
Shot positioning:
Throw to the goalkeeper's hands, left/right hand top corner, left/right shoulder height, left/right hip height, left/right knee height, left/right bounce shot, left/right bottom corners.
Progression:
Vary shooting style, the coach can shout how they want the shot be played whilst the player is dribbling towards their cone (jump shot, bounce shot, power shot, 3 step shot...).
