Handball: Center and left wing drill 3

Pass B2-B6-B2-B1-B2 who throws at the goal. R1 blocks.

Pass green 2-3-4. Blue 1 and 2 defend.Shot by backcourt player or wing player depending on defending actions of blue 1 and 2.

Pass green 2-1-2 and goalshot. Drill can be used to warm up goalkeepers as well : - series: on the hands left top corner right top corner shoulder height left-right knee height left-right bounce balls left-right low balls left-right

Pass B4-B2-B3-B2-B4 who throws at the goal.

Pass 2-3-4 and pass 3-2-1 shot by wing attacker. Change positions after 10 shots. Also change from left to right wing.

Pass green 1-2-3-1 who comes behind 3 (cross) and goalshot or pass to pivot 5 or 4.

1 and 2 dribble to the goal on the outside of the cone and throw at the goal or pass to wing 3.Defender white 2 :- just let it happen- half active- fully match like

B runs around cones and throws at the goal. - throw from distance if R1 does not step forward - pass on R1 if he steps forward

Pass A - B (goalsshot or pass to C or E) C can make a goalshot or pass to E or D. D can make a goalshot or pass to E. Defenders 1 tries to defend the goalshot.

B dribbles around the cones and A sprints around the cones. Together they play against defender C and they try to score a goal.

Blue 2 starts with the ball and dribbles with it from right to left. As they set off on their run blue player 1 times their run so that they cross just behind blue 2. As the players' paths cross, and the defender's view is obscured, blue 2 offloads the ball and player 1 then runs to the outside of the goal area line and shoots.

Player B dribbles around the cone with a ball and Player A sprints around the cone without a ball. Together they play against the 2 red defenders and they try to score a goal.

Two groups of players at the goalline, dribbling around the cones and giving a shot at the goal. One defender at 7 meters who either blocks or tackles the attacker. Go and collect the ball and go to the other group.

A grabs a ball and throws it to C, C passes to E who tries a shot from the distance, A blocks the shot. Nearly at the same time, B grabs a ball and throws it to D, D passes to F, who passes to E who comes into the position of the center back court player. Now E and B play together to score a goal.

A starts dribbling around the cone, while his partner runs around the cone. After that they play together with pivot 3 to score a goal. Defender 1 and 2 try to prevent this.
