A throws into a goal without a goal keeper. Runs after the ball, throws again etc.

Pairs, as fast as possible. 20x 20 metres apart Center shots.

A throws at high speed and full force at the wall. * use small target : cricle drawn on the wall. - center shots - dive shots - jump shot - center shot hip height

A throws to B. B jumps up and catches the ball with ONE hand and throws it back BEFORE landing. 2 series. 20 passes.

Pairs, as fast as possible. 20x A runs in a circle around the position of B : A rolls the ball to B who takes it and makes the jumpshots. Jump shot

Pairs, as fast as possible. 20x 40 metres apart (or more)

A and B lie opposite and pass the ball 20X. 4 series of 20 passes.

A and B lie opposite each other in push up positions and pass the ball. 4 series of 20 passes. Extra: push up in between the passes.

A and B sit opposite each other and pass the ball without using back muscles. 2 series X15 shots
