B pass. When B1 or B4 catch the ball, G1 runs forward to defend.
Then back to goal area.

Out and Back | 327 close defence for attacker

Out and Back:

Attackers pass the ball around.

The defender must step forward to the every attacker and then back to the centre again.

Around the circle | 323 defenders movements

Around the circle:

Players pass the ball clockwise around the area.

The players nearest the end players receive the ball alternately and throw the ball to the next player who then passes to the end player.

After they have made a pass the players inside in the square cross the court.

Anti-Clockwise Contest | 323 defenders movements

Anti-Clockwise Contest:

Blue players pass the ball around the grid, always throwing the ball in front of the player so that they have to meet the ball.

As the blue players run out to meet the pass green 1 and 2 must also run out to contest and defend the ball.
