Blue player 1 is the feeder in this drill and throws the ball to the players attempting to penetrate the defence.
Blue players 2, on both sides of the court, take it in turns to run towards the defenders and try to find a gap through which they can run and make a shot on goal.
If the attacker is shut out by the two defenders they can throw a one-two pass to blue player 3 and move into space to have one more attempt at breaking through.

Defenders:
Keep arms in front of you and slightly bent.
