Handball: Defend the running wing

Green 3 passes to green 1 who passes to green 4. Defender blue 4 accompanies/touches and holds attacker 3 and gives it to center defender blue 1 Defender blue 3 steps forward and tries to hinder the pass from green 4 to green 3.

Pass B2-B1. B2 runs around Br, gets ball, duel with R1.

Pass B1-B3, duel with R1. Then B3 runs around cone, gets ball from B2, duel with R1 who came over to the other side.

Pass B1-B2-B1, duel with R1. R1 starts for the fast break, catches ball from goal keeper. B1 and R1 change places.

Pass R1-B2 who duels with R1. B2 runs around B1, receives ball and duel with R1 again.

Pass B5-B4-B3-B2-B1 who duels with R1. After the duel every player goes to the next position.

Pass B3-B1 who duels with R1. After duel B2 starts for the fast break and goes to queue of R1.

Pass B1-B5-B1, duel with R1, change places. Same on the left.

B1 and B2 pass. B1 may pass to B3 and B2 may pass to B4. R1 defends B3 and B4.

Pass B1-R2-B1 who duels with R1 B1 runs around the cone, gets ball from B2 and duels with R2. B2 and R2 change places.

Pass B1-B2 who duels with R1. B2 takes place of R1 R1 runs around the cone, gets ball from B1 and duels with R2.

B1 runs forward to R1 and R3. Duels, change places. Variations : - defensively, close to the goal area - half offensively at 7 meters from the goal - offensively, outside the free thwow area

defending pivot : - pivot is left hander : hold your right hand between hand of pivot at eye height - pivot is righthander : hold your left hand between hand of pivot at eye height - one hand in the back of pivot, put pressure on him - always go for the ball - static pivot : stand in front - agile pivot : try to defend when standing, moving behind him

Pass 3-2-4 and pass to incoming 5.
Aim of the game is defend the incoming 5 wing player.

Blue 1 : steps a bit forward and accompanies/touching attacker 5.
Blue 4 takes over and brings wing 5 to center defender blue 1.
Defender blue 2 and 3 step forward to their own attackers . Incoming player is always defended by the center defender blue 1.

Attacker 1 rounds the cone gets pass from 2 and duels with defender 1 (2 on the right) Change defenders after 5-8-10 actions Chnage after evry action
