Handball: fast break in parts 2

A1 and B1 start at the same time to sprint to cone 1.
They touch cone one and run towards the throw off line. Then they receive the pass from the goalkeeper.
Then there is a pass to either A2 or B2, who firts touch cone 3 and play together with pivot C to score a goal.
A1 and B1 take the positions of A2 and B2.
A2 and B2 go to the positions of A1 and B1.

In this move the winger start with the ball and passes the keeper who returns the pass to the center back.

At this point the wing back and the winger both make a forward run. Once the wing back receives the pass from the center back the defender is then free to run forward to put pressure on the wing back.

The wing back must read the situation and decide on the best way to progress the attack. They can either pass the ball to the winger who has made a looping run behind them or they can carry the ball forward themselves for the shot on goal.

Drill continues until a shot/interception has been made.

Pass B3-B1 who duels with R1.
After duel B2 starts for the fast break and goes to queue of R1.

Attacking player 1 runs with the ball to the outside of the 9m semi-circle and throws at the goal. The defender must only obstruct the shot, not make a tackle, to put the attacker under pressure.

The goalkeeper must then get the ball under control and pass past the obstructing defenders to the breaking defender who has just made the run.

The session then continues on the other side of the court.
