DESCRIPTION

A1 sprints to the throw off line and receives a pass from B1, dribbles to the other side and scores a goal, collects his ball, comes back and takes a new position in the A queue.
After passing to A1, B1 sprints to the throw off line and receives a pass from A2, dribbles around the cones and scores a goal,collects his ball, comes back and takes a new position in the B queue.

Fast Break - Combination Pass:

In this move the winger start with the ball and passes the keeper who returns the pass to the center back.

At this point the wing back and the winger both make a forward run. The wing back receives the pass from the center back and then passes the ball to the winger who has made a looping run behind them.

The winger completes the move with a shot on goal (no dribble before the shot allowed).

Fast Break - Combination Pass 2v1:

In this move the winger start with the ball and passes the keeper who returns the pass to the center back.

At this point the wing back and the winger both make a forward run. Once the wing back receives the pass from the center back the defender is then free to run forward to put pressure on the wing back.

The wing back must read the situation and decide on the best way to progress the attack. They can either pass the ball to the winger who has made a looping run behind them or they can carry the ball forward themselves for the shot on goal.

Drill continues until a shot/interception has been made.

3:2:1 defence:

Pass B3-B1 who duels with R1.
After duel B2 starts for the fast break and goes to queue of R1.

3:2:1 defence

fast throw-off:

B1 and B2 pass together.
One of them throws at the goal.
Pass goal keeper to R3.
R1 and R2 close the gap.
R3 throws off at the whistle of the trainer.
