Fast Breaks Leading with your Goalkeeper
Never underestimate the power of a goalkeeper. Coach fast breaks starting from the back, leading from your goalkeeper.
The attackers line on both sides if the court, each with a ball, and take it in turns to run forwards, take the ball round the defender and have a half pace shot on goal (making it easy for the keeper to gather the ball).
As soon as the defender sees the keeper make the save they then make their move up field - presenting themselves as a passing option for the keeper.
The keeper should then release the ball into the path of the break-away defender who then moves up field to the centre line before then jogging to rejoin the back of the line to go again.
Defenders to begin with should only be half active - allowing the attackers to get past them and make their shot.
After a few goes defenders should become fully active making things difficult for attackers to make their shot.
