DESCRIPTION

Players stand with back into the direction of the goal. Pass to a feeder and sprint around the cone, receive the ball back from the feeder and throw at the goal, the other palyer sprints around the cone and acts as a defender to prevent the goalshot.

Thre are an extra attacker and defender in the goalarea to assist.
Als o wing players can join in to score a goal.

OFTEN USED WITH...

Goal throws to the upfield player:

Attacking player 1 runs with the ball to the outside of the 9m semi-circle and throws at the goal. The defender must only obstruct the shot, not make a tackle, to put the attacker under pressure.

The goalkeeper must then get the ball under control and pass past the obstructing defenders to the breaking defender who has just made the run.

The session then continues on the other side of the court.

fast break in parts 2:

A1 and B1 start at the same time to sprint to cone 1.
They touch cone one and run towards the throw off line. Then they receive the pass from the goalkeeper.
Then there is a pass to either A2 or B2, who first touch cone 3 and score a goal.
A1 and B1 take the positions of A2 and B2.
A2 and B2 go to the positions of A1 and B1.
