Handball: Center backcourt player to pivot left position 3

Set up 5 equal groups of players, one group on each sideline and 3 in the middle. Have several balls with both groups of sideline players. Also have two additional defenders (red players) stationed just inside the 9 meter line.

Player 1 starts the drill with a pass to player 2. Player 2 runs out to meet the pass and then passes it on to player 3 who passes to player 4.

Player 1 must chase the passes across the court to support the two red defenders as they press out to put pressure on the pass

When player 4 receives the ball they should look for the shot on goal.

The drill then starts from the other side - going from left to right.

Player 1 starts this drill from the right wing and passes to player 2. Player 2 then passes to player 3 who passes to player 4.

After they've passed the ball player 2 moves forward, in behind the defence to the right wing position and waits to receive the return pass from player 3 (who was passed to by player 4).

To finish the move player 2 has a shot on goal.

During this passing process the two defenders press out to put pressure on the pass and player 1 runs across the court to set a screen between the defender and the attackers.

Same as in Back and Forth 1 player 1 starts the drill from the right wing and passes to player 2. Player 2 then passes to player 3 who passes to player 4.

After they've passed the ball player 2 moves forward, in behind the defence to the right wing position.

To finish the move player 4 passes the ball back to player 3 who then feeds the ball to the white player (pivot player) who then turns and shoots at goal.

B5 runs towards pivot position left after passing to B3.
Pass B3-B2- and then pass to pivot 4.
