Handball: Center backcourt player to pivot left position 2

Player 1 starts this drill from the right wing and passes to player 2. Player 2 then passes to player 3 who passes to player 4. After they've passed the ball player 2 moves forward, in behind the defence to the right wing position and waits to receive the return pass from player 3 (who was passed to by player 4). To finish the move player 2 has a shot on goal. During this passing process the two defenders press out to put pressure on the pass and player 1 runs across the court to set a screen between the defender and the attackers.

Same as in Back and Forth 1 player 1 starts the drill from the right wing and passes to player 2. Player 2 then passes to player 3 who passes to player 4. After they've passed the ball player 2 moves forward, in behind the defence to the right wing position. To finish the move player 4 passes the ball back to player 3 who then feeds the ball to the white player (pivot player) who then turns and shoots at goal.

Center backcourt player comes in and crosses with pivot at about 9 metres from the goal. Pass A to pivot B who throws at the goal against a defensively block of the defenders.

Center backcourt player comes in and crosses with pivot at about 9 metres from the goal. Pass A to pivot B who cannot throw at the goal and passes to C who throws at the goal or passes to pivot B who sneaks in between the defenders and throws at the goal.

Center backcourt player comes in and crosses with pivot at about 9 metres from the goal. Pass A to pivot B who cannot throw at the goal and passes to C, who throws passes to D who then throws at the goal or passes to A, to sneak in between the defenders.

Center backcourt player comes in and crosses with pivot at about 9 metres from the goal. Pass A to pivot B who cannot throw at the goal and passes to C who then passes to D. D then throws at the goal after feinting his defender or passes to left wing E who throws at the goal.

Set up 5 equal groups of players, one group on each sideline and 3 in the middle. Have several balls with both groups of sideline players. Also have two additional defenders (red players) stationed just inside the 9 meter line. Player 1 starts the drill with a pass to player 2. Player 2 runs out to meet the pass and then passes it on to player 3 who passes to player 4. Player 1 must chase the passes across the court to support the two red defenders as they press out to put pressure on the pass When player 4 receives the ball they should look for the shot on goal. The drill then starts from the other side - going from left to right.

B5 runs towards pivot position left after passing to B3. Pass B3-B2- and then pass to pivot 4.

Three groups of players - a group on each wing and a line of three players a couple of meters behind the free-throw line. The play starts from the right wing with player 1 passing the first of the outfield players (player 2). During this passing process player 1 must chase the passes across the court - screening to protect the pass and prevent the imaginary defender from receivnig the ball. When player 4 receives the ball they should shoot on goal. The drill then starts from the other side - going from left to right.
