Handball: passing with 2 balls

Pass to pivot. Run forward till arm length distance and pass. variations : - pass along side the head of the defender - pass along side the body of the defender - bounce pass - center shot - jump shot - after feinting to pass to another player

B1 starts the exercise. B run forward straight on catch and pass while in motion. Pass B2-B1-B2. Run further to the other side.

Pass B2-B1-B2-B3 who throws at the goal or passes to B4 who then throws at the goal.

Pass B2-B1-B2 and B2-B3-B2 etc. Feint (dummy) pass to 'wing player' before passing back.

Pass B1-B2-B3-B1 and throw at the goal.

Pass B2-B4 who runs forward to R4 and also makes R1 react on him, B2 runs forward, gets the ball and throws at the goal.

Pass B1-B2. B2 runs forward and passes on R1 without a ball. Pass B1-B2 who throws at the goal.

Pass B1-B2-B3-B4-B5 who runs around R2.

Pass B2-B1-B2-B4-B3 who runs around R2.

Pass 1-2-1-4-3 at the same time : Pass 4-3-4-1-2

Players take it in turns to make a run to their cone, just outside the 9 meter line. Once they reach the cone players must feint moving inside before cutting outside to receive the pass just outside the 6 meter line from the feeder. After receiving the pass players must shoot at goal.

Passes go from 1-2-3. Attacker 3 tries to score a goal against defender 3, if this is not successful then he passes to attacker 2 who tries to score a goal. If not sucessful pass to wing 1.

4 attacking players against 4 defenders - with the attackers trying to score a goal. The attackers start on either wing and take it in turn to run forward and try to get past their opposite number. If they are unable to get past their marker the players should pass the ball across the line to a fellow attacker.

In this game the wing player (green 1) feeds the ball to the first attacker who then works with their partner to try and get past the two defenders. Always try to get stuck into the two defenders, play the ball fast and always move back quickly to get into a new position to receive the pass back immediately and change the direction of the attacking 'wave'.

Blue players pass the ball around, working in a group of four. Before each player can pass though they must run forward until they have made contact their defender. The two defenders are marking two players each. Red 1 is marking the even numbers (2 and 4) while red 2 is marking the odd numbers.

Players line up on the sideline with a ball each and take it in turns to run across the court. As they approach each cone players should pass to static players making a sharp move towards the static players, feinting movement in that direction, before cutting back out to receive the pass in space. Players all perform three cuts before they reach the other side of the court - where they then dribble with the ball around the area to the back of the line.
