DESCRIPTION

Pass 1-3 and diveshot at the goal. 1 comes in and defender red 2 comes forward.
Pivot 3 comes along with the defender and blocks the defender on the left, backcourt player 1 first feints to go to the left, but changes his way and goes to the right.
At the same time pivot 3 goes back to the goal and receives the pass of 1.

COACHING POINTS

Passes :
- bounce pass
- pass after feinting a pass to back court player
- pass in jumpshot
- with a volleyballpass straight
- pass after making contact with defender

Passes from backcourt players to pivot who is defneded by a center defender.
Change positions after 10 passes.
defenders at first half active and later fully active to prevent passes to pivot.

Pass 1-3 who comes forward to receive the pass of 1.
1 is defended by red 2 who tries to prevent the pass to 3.
After receiving the pass, 3 duels with 1 and tries to score a goal with a diveshot.

1 comes in and defender red 2 comes forward.
Pivot 3 comes along with the defender and blocks the defender on the left, backcourt player 1 first feints to go to the left, but changes his way and goes to the right and passes to center backcourt player 4.
Defenders 2 and 1 seem to do a good job but pivot 3 goes along with the pass 1-4 and receives the ball from center backcourt player 4 and makes a diveshot at the goal.

Pass 1-2-3-4 to running 5.
4 takes position of 5 and runs to the left to take a diveshot there.
