A passes to B and receives the ball back, duels with C who tackles him, then C blocks the shot by D and then sprints round the cone to the throw off line and receives the ball from the goalkeeper. A defends the fast break of C.

Pass around face-off | 327 close defence for attacker

Pass around face-off:

Blue players stand behind cones placed in a square, with two defenders stood inside a smaller square contained within the larger one.

The blue player who starts with the ball must dribble forwards and contest the area with the defender. The defending player can only use their torso to prevent the attacker from dribbling any further forwards.

After tussling with the defender the attacker must pass the ball in a clockwise direction to the next player and then run straight across the grid to the back of the opposite line.

1:1 Duels:

Players 1 - 2 - 3 duel against defenders A-B-C.

After every action of the defenders and attackers they change positions accoring to the image,

Out of the circle:

Blue players must work together to try and prevent white players from breaking out of the circle.

To do so they must move quickly to pair up and form a human barrier in front of the white players as they try and burst out.

Tag - Protect the player | 327 close defence for attacker

Tag - Protect the player:

The tagger tries to tag a specific player and must make it clear which player it is they are trying to catch.

The players on the other team must try to prevent the tagger from catching the player they are trying to catch.
