Pass B - A - B, then 1:1 duel with defender C.

B becomes defender instead of C, C goes to the position of D, D goes to position E, E goes to position B etc.

OFTEN USED WITH...

Out of the circle:

Blue players must work together to try and prevent white players from breaking out of the circle.

To do so they must move quickly to pair up and form a human barrier in front of the white players as they try and burst out.

Tag - Protect the player:

The tagger tries to tag a specific player and must make it clear which player it is they are trying to catch.

The players on the other team must try to prevent the tagger from catching the player they are trying to catch.

Pass around face-off:

Blue players stand behind cones placed in a square, with two defenders stood inside a smaller square contained within the larger one.

The blue player who starts with the ball must dribble forwards and contest the area with the defender. The defending player can only use their torso to prevent the attacker from dribbling any further forwards.

After tussling with the defender the attacker must pass the ball in a clockwise direction to the next player and then run straight across the grid to the back of the opposite line.

Take on your man:

The player in possession dribbles towards their defender until they are face to face with them.

Once facing the defender they must try and shuffle, run and push past their maker.
