DESCRIPTION

Pass A to C who crosses with D. Then pass from D to B who shoots at the goal.
PLayers change positions: A to B, B to C, C to D, D to A.

D shoots at the goal when defender 2 doesn't step forward. If defender 2 steps forward: pass to pivot F or pass to B.

Defenders 1 and 2 block the shot or steps forward.

Meet the Pass and Shoot - With two man pressure:

Player 1 is acting as the feeder as all other players line up to their left and right. Player one carries the ball towards the defender in order to create space for the players to their left and right.

Once they have engaged the defender they should offload the ball to their left, in front of player 2.

Player 2 so must move forwards to meet the pass. Once they have the ball under control they should switch the ball cross-court to player 3, making sure their pass is out of the defender's reach.

Player 3 runs onto this pass and must then engage the second defender before offloading a quick pass to player 4 who then runs on to shoot on goal.

B runs around cones and throws at the goal.
- throw from distance if R1 does not step forward
- pass on R1 if he steps forward

Bring and shoot | 317 jump shot high

Bring and shoot:

Pass to the trainer, then start to the wing and pass with wing player, then backwards and forward again to receive pass from the trainer and throw at the goal.

Variations:

- when thrown at the goal, you stay as a defensive blocker.

- when thrown at the goal, you are an active defender who has to be feinted to throw at the goal.

- when thrown at the goal, stay as a defender who reacts as he likes.
