Handball: Individual goalshots 2

Attackers tries to score a goal, defenders try to prevent this. After every attempt to the other side and change task.

The blue attacking player plays a one-two with the central player. They then run forward to meet the pass. The defender must be aware of when the pass is coming and be poised, ready to pounce, to snatch away and intercept the pass.

Pass B2-B1-B2, feint(dummy) and throw at the goal with a jump shot far. Variations: 3 step rythm (right handers : left,right,left and left handers : right,left,right) 2 step or even in 1 step jumping off : left handers : right foot, right handers : left foot jump off with your 'wrong' foot (1,2,3 steps)

R1 and R2 try to defend their wing players. Change position afterwards. variation : - more wing defenders : they won't get tired so quickly then - wing player runs forward, jumps off : wing defender tries to touch the ball when wing player 'fies' past him

B1 and B2 pass with center shot. R1 and R2 try to snatch the ball.

B1,B2 and B3 pass to R1. B4 prevents this.

Pass B1-B2-B1 who runs forward : - lands in 0-step position - feints to throw at the goal - tries to pass on R2 and jumps off just along side of R2. R2 tries to snatch the ball.

Pass B1-B2-B1 who runs forward and - lands in 0-step position - feints goalshot - jumps along side R R tries to snatch the ball.

Pass B1-B2-B1 who runs forward to break through the defence. R ed player who is closest to the ball snatches ball.

B1 and B2 pass. B1 lands in 0-step position every time. R1 one touches him and tries to snatch the ball when B1 catches the ball.

B pass. W tries to snatch the ball when B catches or pass the ball.

Pass B1-R1 who runs forward. B1 snatches ball when R1 lands in 0-step position.

B pass R tries to snatch the ball when - B catches ball - passes ball

snatch the ball while catching - according to the rules it is allowed to touch your opponent - try to touch the ball with the hand which is colsest to the ball - this may be done from aal sides - push the ball out of your opponent's hand(s) with a short wrist movement

Blue players should run towards the defender. When they get close they should jump and stop (taking no steps to do so) and then position themselves for a throw on goal. The defender's job is to stand their ground, read the attacker's movement and be ready to knock the ball away.

Player A takes the balls and shoots at the goal. Defender 1 tries to make it as hard as possible for player A to shoot at the goal.

Player A takes the balls and shoots at the goal or passes to pivot B. Defender 1 tries to make it as hard as possible for players A and B to shoot at the goal.

A can throw from a distance, get past defender or pass to pivot D. A passes to B and receives ball back and throws at the goal. A runs to the balls in the centre, takes one and dribbles towards 9 mtr line and throws at the goal. A runs to left back position takes a ball and passes to C, receives back the ball and throws at the goal. A changes position with C who start the same series from the left. Defender 1 blocks the shots from 7 metres or he may come forward.

Pass A to C who crosses with D. Then pass from D to B who shoots at the goal. Players change positions: A to B, B to C, C to D, D to A. Defender 1 blocks the shot or steps forward. If defender 1 steps forward B passes to pivot F.

Pass A to C who crosses with D. Then pass from D to B who shoots at the goal. PLayers change positions: A to B, B to C, C to D, D to A. D shoots at the goal when defender 2 doesn't step forward. If defender 2 steps forward: pass to pivot F or pass to B. Defenders 1 and 2 block the shot or steps forward.
