Handball: shooting backcourt players - triple action

Pass A to C who crosses with D. Then pass from D to B who shoots at the goal. Players change positions: A to B, B to C, C to D, D to A. Defender 1 blocks the shot or steps forward. If defender 1 steps forward B passes to pivot F.

Pass A to C who crosses with D. Then pass from D to B who shoots at the goal. PLayers change positions: A to B, B to C, C to D, D to A. D shoots at the goal when defender 2 doesn't step forward. If defender 2 steps forward: pass to pivot F or pass to B. Defenders 1 and 2 block the shot or steps forward.  

Players A and B throw their balls towrds the throw off line. They grabb each others ball/ Player B dribbles around the cones and throws at the goal at goalkeeper D. Player A dribbles to to goalkeeper C and throws at the goal there. Defenders 1 and 2 try to prevent the goalshot and steal the ball when attackers are dribbling. They try to force  the attackers to the most difficult angel when throwing the ball at the goal. Defenders 3 and 4 block the goalshots actively going to attackers A and B. A and B should then pass to incoming pivot F and wing player E.

Pass 2 to defender 1, pass back again, meanwhile attacker 1 comes behind attacker 2, receives the ball and shoots. Defender 1 blocks.

Pass A to C, C to A and goalshot. Defender tries to block the goalshots. Pass B to C, C to B and goalshot. After the goalshot grab a ball from the corner, dribble to your starting position again.

A passes to B and receives ball back and throws at the goal. A runs to the balls in the centre, takes one and dribbles towards 9 mtr line and throws at the goal. A runs to left back position takes a ball and passes to C, receives back the ball and throws at the goal. A changes position with C who start the same series from the left. Defender 1 blocks the shots from 7 metres. He may not come forward.

A passes the ball to feeder B and receives the ball back and throws at the goal from the left backcourt position. He quickly moves back-and forward, reveives a ball from Aa and shoots at the goal from the center back position. Then he moves back and foward to receive a ball from wing player D. A tries to get past defender 1 and either throws at the goal or passes to D who throws at the goal. In the meanwhile player D starts his turn to deliver two shots. Defender 1 tries to block the shots from 7 mtrs or comes forward to attack player A.

A passes the ball to feeder B and receives the ball back and throws at the goal from the left backcourt position. He quickly moves back-and forward, reveives a ball from feeder C and shoots at the goal from the center back position. Then he runs to the right wing position to get a ball, dribbles back to the left backcourt position. In the meanwhile player D starts his turn to deliver two shots. Defender 1 tries to block the shots from 7 mtrs.

He quickly moves back-and forward, reveives a ball from feeder C and shoots at the goal from the center back position. Then he runs to the right wing position to get a ball, dribbles back to the left backcourt position. In the meanwhile player D starts his turn to deliver two shots. Defender 1 tries to block the shots from 7 mtrs or comes forward to attack player A.

A passes to B, runs around the cone, duels with defender 1, receives the ball back from B who tries to get past defender 2, passes to A who tries to score a goal.
