Handball: defend all there come

Defender follows paasways until 3 and then blocks shot by 3. Same on the right side. 10 actions of the defender, then change positions.

Pass 1-2-1 and goalshot. Defender 1 follows passways and blocks shot. Same from the right. 10 actions of the defender, then change positions.

Attackers 1 round the cones, receive the ball from 2, and try to score a goal against defender 1. Change after 5-8-10 actions.

Defender 1 starts on the right. When attacker 2 passes to 1 and receives the ball back het moves with sidesteps to attacker 2. Moves forward and tries to defend the break through of 2. Then defender 1 quickly goes to the right again and blocks the goalshot by attacker 4. 8 actions of the defender, then change positions.

Pass B1-B2-B3-B4 who throws at the goal. R1 blocks the ball and starts for the fast break and takes the position of B4. The same with B3 and R2. The same with B2 and R3.

Pass B2-B6-B2-B1-B2 who throws at the goal. R1 blocks.

B runs in towards C and sprints towards the defending position on the left against A. First he passes to C who passes to A who then throws at the goal. A throws by making a jump shot, defender B tries to block this shot. After the goalshot A sprints to throw off line and changes position with B.

Starting on the right backcourt player passes from right to left.
