B runs in towards C and sprints towards the defending position on the left against A. First he passes to C who passes to A who then throws at the goal.
A throws by making a jump shot, defender B tries to block this shot.
After the goalshot A sprints to throw off line and changes position with B.
A has to adapt his speed as the aim of the drill is to block goalshots. C can also help a bit by delaying his pass a bit.
Blocking players: jump of a bit later than the attacker A. Blocking should be done at about 6-7 mtrs from the goal.
Also do the drill on the opposite side.
