Handball: 1:1 duels or shooting

Attackers shoot at the goal after receiving the baal from their partner. Defender blocks the shots. Some 20 shots per defender.

Attackers pass the ball around. The defender must step forward to the every attacker and then back to the centre again.

B pass around. G defends pases to R1. Just make side steps and use arms.

B pass. When B1 or B4 catch the ball, G1 runs forward to defend. Then back to goal area.

W has got the ball. W and B make side steps and go to eachother and W gives ball to B and B to W etc.

Defender 1 goes forward to attackers 2 and 5. Direction of the ball : 1-2-3-4-5-6-1
