Player set up a line on both sides of the court, with one player standing in the middle.
The first player starts with the ball and throws it to the central player and runs towards them. When they are within an arm's reach of the player they should land in front of them with wide feet and take the ball from their outstretched arm.
As the player takes the ball they side step in the direction of where the ball is being held, step inside and then out again before zipping past the middle player and passing to the waiting player.
Look for realistic feints, with short sharp movement, a drop of the shoulder and dynamic game-like movement.
After one complete set remember to rotate the player waiting in the middle.
