DESCRIPTION

Player A takes the balls and shoots at the goal.

Defender 1 tries to make it as hard as possible for player A to shoot at the goal.

COACHING POINTS

If you have two sides of the court available, another player can do the same at the other side. Now they can have a match: who is ready first and scores the most goals?

OFTEN USED WITH...

stability/balance:

Kids walk across a bench. With each step move a ball under the front leg.

skateboard race:

Use skateboards or furniture transporters.

Kids pull themselves along the benches.

When sitting - lying on the board.

watch dog:

Somewhere a rope is tied to the wall or something else.
The dog should hold this rope and he must 'bite' other players by touching them.
The dog should be able to reach all of the field.
Make field as large as the dog can reach.
Inside the field aere several cones the dog should protect, other players try to rob the cones without being touched.

Mind the rope !!

Players who have been touched may continue playing.
How many players can the dog 'bite' in 45 seconds ?

Two is too many:

All players stand in a big circle except for the tagger. The coach appoints one player as the 'chosen one'.

The tagger must not listen or look whilst the coach is selecting the chosen player.

Once the player has been selected by the coach the tagger starts hunting for the chosen player.

When the tagger positions themselves in front of the chosen player the player must run away - around the outside of the circle of players.

From this point the tagger has up to 45 seconds to catch the player.
