DESCRIPTION

A1 passes to B and receives ball back and throws at the goal or gets past forward coming C1.
A1 and C1 change positions.

Then the same with A2 and C2 on the right.

COACHING POINTS

Snake running - pass and go

Players start with a ball each on the side of the court. Four other players stand across the width in a zig-zag formation without a ball each.

On the coach's whistle players dribble to each player in turn and pass to each player. After passing the ball they run around the back and then receive the return pass.

A passes to B and receives ball back and throws at the goal.
A runs to the balls in the centre, takes one and dribbles towards 9 mtr line and throws at the goal.
A runs to left back position takes a ball and passes to C, receives back the ball and throws at the goal.

A changes position with C who start the same series from the left.

Defender 1 blocks the shots from 7 metres. He may not come forward.
