Handball: shooting backcourt players in pairs 1

Defender in the center tries to intercept ball. Other players pass from cone to cone and take in an empty position afterwards. B1 starts the exercise. Run forward until you catch the ball. B6 puts all the balls down, after all the balls have been played, B6 starts the exercise from his side. variations : - center shot - jump shot - push pass

- catch ball at chest height - hand behind the ball, fingers pointing upward - upper body towards the direction in which you want to pass - strech arm with ball WITHOUT stretching it backwards first - so push it away to your team mate

A passes to B and receives ball back and throws at the goal. A runs to the balls in the centre, takes one and dribbles towards 9 mtr line and throws at the goal. A runs to left back position takes a ball and passes to C, receives back the ball and throws at the goal. A changes position with C who start the same series from the left. Defender 1 blocks the shots from 7 metres. He may not come forward.

A1 passes to feeder B and receives ball back and throws at the goal. A1 runs back to get a second ball, passes with feeder C1 and throws at the goal after getting past defender 1. Then the same with A2 on the right. Change positions after 3/4/5 repetitions.

A passes the ball to feeder B and receives the ball back and throws at the goal from the left backcourt position. He quickly moves back-and forward, reveives a ball from feeder C and shoots at the goal from the center back position. Players start with a ball each on the side of the court. Four other players stand across the width in a zig-zag formation without a ball each. On the coach's whistle players dribble to each player in turn and pass to each player. After passing the ball they run around the back and then receive the return pass.

Blue 1 starts the exercise by passing from the left wing to blue 2. Blue 2 then passes to blue 3 and so on... Each player must make a forward move prior to receiving the pass, so that they are running when they catch the ball. Blue 5 puts all the balls down. When all balls have been played Blue 5 starts the exercise at his side.
