Pass from feeder A to B, who comes forward to bind defender 2. Then pass from B to C who binds defender 1 and passes to pivot D who sprints to the green cone, turns around.
1. C shoots at the goal.
2. D receives pass from C and shoots at the goal.
3. D receives pass from C and passes quickly to wing player E, who shoots at the goal.
Timing for pivot D is most important. Already sprint to the green cone when B receives his pass.
