Devils Advocate - Attack vs Defence

In this drill blue 2 is the feeder (devil's advocate).

Their job is to pass the ball in between the defender and the attacker on both sides of the court. Whoever is first to the ball must pass the ball back to the feeder and return to their starting point.

Players take it in turns to dribble out to their cone and then shoot at goal.

They must shoot in such a way that it is possible for the keeper to block the ball.

warming-up : Give and Go snake run passing

The first player waiting in line passes to the first player on the cone and immediately follows their pass and runs behind that player to receive the return pass.

Once they have the ball in hand again they pass the ball to the next player and drive behind them to loop in front of them and receive the ball again.

Once the player reaches the end of the course they dribble the ball to the corner and then sprint around the court back to the end of the line with the ball in hand.

Two teams. The team in possession passes around for 10 times + 1 point. Other teams tries to intercept the ball. variations : - variations in passing techniques - pass by bounce pass - pass after 1 or 2 times dribbling - not allowed to pass back to the player you got the ball from

whistle - defend your positions

No balls involved - just take defending positions. The coach blows his whistle, defenders take their positions and attackers start taking their positions. - 5-8 or 10 times and then change attackers and defenders.
