White players try to hit the cone which is in a certain area or which is placed onto something higher. Defender, goalkeeper B1 defends.

Players blue try to pass and hit the cone. White players defend and there is one white player defending the cone from closer distance (goel keeper)

White players are in a set cirkle. Blue players form the crocodile by holding each others hips. White players pass around and try to hit the crocodile's tail.

Circles are drawn or hoops are hung on the wall. These must be on several heights and give several scores. Players should try to score as many points as they can in one minute.
