Handball: Hit the crocodile's tail

Two posts in the center of the area. Between these posts a line with newspapers. Two teams try to hit and get the papers off the line. The team which gets its papers off first is the winner.

Depending on how many hoops are in front of them players run forward in a 1, 2 or 3 step rhythm and throw at the goal. Players rotate to the right after each shot.

On the coach's call an attacker and a defender both set off and run around the cone. The defender is trying to get around the cone quicker than the attacker so that they can get in front of them and hinder their shot (no tackling). Once around the cone the attacker should aim to get a jump shot off on goal. Variations: 3 step rythm (right handers : left,right,left and left handers : right,left,right) 2 step or even in 1 step jumping off : left handers : right foot, right handers : left foot jump off with your 'wrong' foot (1,2,3 steps)

Pairs move to and away from each other and move in to each other while passing. They should try to receive passes while moving towards the ball and also while retreating, working on receiving the ball while running in different directions and passing to moving players.

Make two big displays with many objects to throw at (can, plastic bottles, basketballs, cones, papers hanging on a line, cardboard boxes etc.) Which team has hit all the objects first ? variations - center shot - dive shot - jump shot

On the benches are some basketballs. Both teams must try to knock the basketballs off the benches using their handball throws from behind the line (marked with cones). The first team to knock off all the ball is the winner (in this image it's blues vs whites).

Two teams, one or two balls. Try to score a goal by a bounce ball. Goal is the line between the cones.

Players are trying to hit their opponent bench at the other side of the grid with either a jump or a diving shot. Players are only allowed in their own half and must shoot after a set number of passes (in this case two passes). In order to make the shot players must jump outside of the grid, by the cone on the half way line.
