Description
Jump over the cones on the right (orange) with right foot.
Jump over the cones on the left (blue) with left foot.
Jumping sidewards also with the same foot.
Coaching points
Depending of the physical state of your players :
5 series of 3 repetitions
Jumps should be done in a concentrated way - not too quickly : always stand still for a second after every landing.
