DESCRIPTION

Two teams try to score by bringing the ball across one of the two lines.
Both teams may score on both sides.
When scored; the team in possession must try to score at the other line. Scorin twice on the same side is not allowed.

COACHING POINTS

catching
pay only attention to the complete technical movement

Only general corrections

- reach for the ball
- palms open
- make a W with your thumbs and index finger
- when caught move the ball towards your body to protect it

aiming/hitting/passing
pay only attention to the complete technical movement
Only general corrections

- put your correct foot in front (left handers right foot, right handers left foot)
- put the ball onto your hand (do not squeeze into the ball)
- when throwing the ball and hand should pass ear height !

Cross the Border

Teams play to bring the ball behind the line.

Players are only allowed to pass the ball - absolutely no dribbling or no running with the ball allowed.

Defenders can win the ball back by blocking their opponents or intercepting the ball.
