Create two pitches on either side of the court near a wall, each with two equal areas.
Two players from one team stand in one half of the pitch and then two players from the other team in the other half of the pitch.
The team in possession throws the ball against the wall to bounce it into the enemy's area.
The ball must bounce at least once inside the opposition's area. If the ball bounces twice in this area the throwing team wins a point.
Play first to 10 before rotating the teams.
General things to look out for:
Make sure your players are putting the correct foot in front (left handers right foot, right handers left foot)
Put the ball onto your hand (do not squeeze into the ball)
When throwing the ball players' hands should pass their head at ear height !
