DESCRIPTION

In a sitting position, players stretch and close their legs while continuously bouncing the ball, for example, once on the left, then in the middle, and then on the right.

Variations:

  • Vary the number of bounces: 2x left, 3x middle, 2x right, etc.

To make it more challenging:

  • Perform the exercise with legs lifted in the air.
  • Replace verbal cues like "left" or "right" with one or two whistle signals.
  • Follow the rhythm of the trainer, who demonstrates the dribbling pattern.
