Handball: Dribbling drones

When players are moving around hitting their balloons, they must try and hit other balloons out of the semi circle.

Two players hit the balloons to each other. Which team can do this most times without losing control? Which team can reach 25 passes first? Try passing the balloon high. Try passing the baloon low. As players skill levels improv try passing with a bouncing balloon.

Players are moving around using sidesteps, playing their balloons. Which player will make it to the other side first? variations: - Hit the balloonwith one hand - Hit the ball with both hands - Play the ball using their heads

Two players hold a balloon in between belly and back and walk to a line and back, as quickly as possible.

Two players 'carry' the balloon between their ballies and move: - forward - backward - sideward

A big ball is transported to the other side of the pitch by the whole team. 

To set this game up you need a gymnastics bench at each side of the half court and two back to back benches (or a large gymnastics box if available) laying flat inside the middle of the area. In this middle area there should be a white player defending their side of the bench and a blue player defending their side. The white team tries to score by hitting the ball on the blue's side of the bench and the white side tries to score on the blue's side of the central bench. After every failed attempt to score the team who made the shot must touch one of the benches on either side of the area.

Number one hits the balloon up, calls out the number of another player who must come and play the balloon high, calling out another number etc. The player who hits the balloon must change places with the player whose name he called out.

A passes to C. Then runs towards mat and makes a summersault on the mat at B. Runs towards C and receive a pass. Runs to D and makes sidesteps forward between the cones and sprints to position A to passes the ball etc.

In the goal area players are static and dribbling the ball on the spot. When the trainer blows their whistle the players must try to dribble the ball across a certain line without being tackled. Defenders must try to prevent players from getting past them.

One defender stands in the middle in between the goal area and the center line. Their aim is to stop as many players as they can from dribbling from the goal area to the half way line but they can only tackle people as they run through the two cones. Once a player is tackled they then also become a defender.

The white players try to cross the court area by dribbling. There is one blue player stationed between the first cone zone who tries to snatch balls from the white players. There are also two blue players trying to snatch balls in the second zone.

Half the group are dribbling around whilst the other half are trying to snatch the ball from the other players.

All players except for two defenders are dribbling inside a half-court area. The two defenders start tagging the other players. Once tagged players must put their ball aside and help the taggers. The last player dribbling is the winner.

Players work in pairs with one ball and a hoop lying between the players. Without touching the ball with two hands, players play tennis by bouncing the ball via the hoop to each other.

Players run around dribble with two different balls.  Just dribble, don't care about the rhythm.

Players 'run' around and dribble with two different balls. Try to dribble simultaneously, which can be difficult with two different kind of balls!

All players are dribbling around in the goal area, eyes closed. Who can dribble without losing control over his ball ? variation : - make a certain course the players should follow blindfolded

Players dribble the ball inside the 9m line. They are not allowed to touch any other player, if they do then both players receive a penalty point.

One player dribbles while their partner tries to get the ball from them. To start with players should only be shadowing one another - not actively trying to tackle the ball. Once players have become more confident at dribbling and shadowing you can then allow the defender to try and win the ball.
